My Habitat Story
An area resident of Altamonte Springs and Seminole County for over 15 years, Mike brings a strong track record of public and community service skills to Habitat, along with a keen understanding of the needs of the region’s citizens.

He was elected to the office of City Commissioner for Altamonte Springs in December 2022 and for over a decade has been a steward of community service. Mike has served on volunteer boards that include: the Altamonte Springs Code Enforcement board, Altamonte Springs Personnel Administration board, Altamonte Springs Municipal Planning board, Seminole County Sheriff’s Civilian Review Board, and the Second Chance of Florida Foundation among others.

Additionally, Mike brings account management and business development experience comprising a ten-year career at Staples and working on behalf of a number of area businesses.
He is a graduate of the Seminole County Sheriff's Office Community Law Enforcement Academy and attended the University of Central Florida.
